The Woman Behind The Mission
Felicia Graham is the founder of PYNC Foundation and the creator of Brushes & Bonds, a women’s wellness experience designed to foster healing, connection, and emotional well-being. Rooted in her own lived story, she now creates spaces where women feel seen, supported, and safe enough to grow. Her mission is to bring mental health and wellness-centered experiences to women in underserved communities, offering conversations, resources, and gatherings they might never otherwise access, and inviting partners who share this vision to help make those rooms possible.
Her Story
Felicia’s journey is the foundation of the work she does today. What was shaped through pain, perseverance, faith, and healing has become a space where other women can feel seen, supported, and not alone.
As a domestic violence survivor, a divorced single mother, and a woman who once faced homelessness, she understands the silence and strength it takes just to keep going. It was through her own healing process that she found her purpose: creating spaces where women do not have to pretend they are okay, and do not have to walk through hard things alone.
That purpose gave life to PYNC Foundation and later to Brushes & Bonds, where creativity, meaningful conversation, mental health advocacy, and authentic connection come together. Every experience she creates is rooted in a desire to help women breathe, heal, and reconnect with themselves and one another.
Through that mission, she has launched outreach initiatives, scholarship programs, and wellness experiences reaching women in underserved communities. Her work has been recognized by the City of Frisco for advancing conversations around women’s mental health and community impact.
She was once the woman in the room who needed someone to see her. Now she creates the rooms where no woman sits unseen.
