About the event
PYNC Foundation presents The Woman in the Middle, a signature Brushes & Bonds experience created for women who are carrying a lot in the middle of life. This event is for the woman who is juggling work, parenting, caregiving, relationships, hormonal changes, perimenopause and menopause, identity shifts, and the quiet work of learning how to care for herself again. She is the one others lean on. At this gathering, she is the one who gets to exhale.
The evening combines guided painting with gentle prompts that help women reflect on where they are and what they need in this season. No art experience is required. Every brushstroke becomes an invitation to slow down, process emotions, and express what words sometimes cannot. Along the way, meaningful conversations, panel moments, and reflective questions will create space for women to name their experiences and hear “me too” from the women around them.
